upGrad appoints ​Dan Rosensweig ​to ​board of ​directors
Synopsis As president and CEO of Chegg since 2010, Rosensweig has transformed the company into the student-first connected learning platform. He also serves on the board of Adobe and is a senior advisor to TPG Growth Ventures and Kleiner Perkins. Edtech firm upGrad has announced the appointment of Dan Rosensweig , a longtime Silicon Valley executive, to its board of directors, said a statement issued today.
He comes on board as an independent non-executive director and joins the current senior representatives from Singapore-based investor Temasek and International Finance Corporation (IFC). As president and CEO of Chegg since 2010, Rosensweig has transformed the company into the student-first connected learning platform. He also serves on the board of Adobe and is a senior advisor to TPG Growth Ventures and Kleiner Perkins.
